How to use the store directory

Search for a merchant if you already know where you want to shop. Use category filters when you are still comparing electronics, beauty, travel, fashion, home, gifts, security software, or general shopping stores. Once you choose a store, open its iSwees page and use that page as your final click before checkout.

Freshness labels help separate upgraded priority pages from older generated pages. A fresh page does not guarantee a fixed rate, but it means the page has been reviewed in the current iSwees platform upgrade and connected to relevant guides, category hubs, and checkout rules.

Why store freshness matters

Cashback directories become weak when every merchant looks the same. iSwees now separates priority upgraded stores from older generated listings so shoppers can see which pages have been reviewed during the current platform rebuild. Freshness does not mean a rate is permanently guaranteed; it means the page has been connected to current internal links, checkout guidance, and category context.

Use freshness as a confidence signal, then still read the store page before leaving iSwees. Rates can change, coupon stacking can be restricted, and some products may be excluded by merchant rules. A refreshed store page gives you a cleaner place to start because it explains the safest click sequence and links to the relevant guides.

How to compare stores before checkout

Start with search if you already know the brand. Use category filters if you are still choosing between stores. Sort by cashback rate when the purchase is flexible, sort by freshness when you want reviewed pages first, and sort by name when you are checking whether a specific merchant exists in the directory.

For high-value purchases, compare total price, cashback rate, coupon rules, shipping, returns, and warranty instead of chasing the largest percentage alone. For travel bookings, read cancellation rules. For electronics, compare seller reliability and warranty. For beauty and fashion, watch returns and unsupported promo codes. The best cashback path is the one most likely to validate after checkout.

Rate audit and freshness layer

iSwees now maintains a reusable rate audit index at /assets/data/rate-audit.json. The index tracks displayed cashback rate, numeric rate, source, confidence, priority status, and last checked date for the directory records.

Priority pages are reviewed manually during platform upgrades. Other records are extracted from the store directory and should be treated as discovery signals until they are reviewed. This gives iSwees a data layer for future rate-refresh automation without pretending every merchant rate is guaranteed.

The rate audit layer now powers sub-category hubs for the highest-value stores. These hubs connect the broad directory to focused shopping intents while keeping rate freshness and confidence visible.

Source confidence report

iSwees now separates cashback rate freshness from source confidence. Freshness says when a record was checked; source confidence says how strong the rate evidence is. The scoring model considers manual review, explicit percentage markers, page existence, schema, visible audit modules, and source host signals.

Use high confidence records for stronger shopping routes. Treat low confidence records as discovery leads until the merchant source is reviewed or connected to a stronger affiliate-network feed.

Top 150 audit index

The next scale step is a stricter priority index: only stores with allowed rate claims and non-low source confidence are eligible unless a strategic whitelist applies. This keeps iSwees from scaling thin or misleading rate claims while still growing the commercial index pool.
